How to Keep Braces From Rubbing
Having a mouth full of metal and wires can be unpleasant, but the joy of having a great smile that lasts a lifetime is worth the few years you have to spend wearing braces. It can take awhile for your mouth to adjust to your new braces. You may experience irritation and small cuts inside your cheeks, on your tongue and inside your lips. Thanks to dental wax, you can avoid some of this discomfort, and once your mouth gets used to your braces, the irritation goes away.Things You'll Need
