How many times do you have to change your period pads?

It is generally recommended to change your period pads every 4-8 hours, or more frequently if the pad is soaked. When changing your pad, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly before and after, and to wrap the dirty pad in toilet paper before disposing of it.
