Do you have early cramps before your period?

* Trying relaxation techniques. yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercises can help relax your body and relieve pain.

* Making dietary changes. Some women find that certain foods, such as caffeine, alcohol, and sugary foods, can worsen their cramps, while others find that certain foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, can help reduce symptoms.

If you are experiencing severe cramps that are not relieved by over-the-counter pain relievers or if your symptoms are impacting your daily activities, you should talk to your doctor about other treatment options that may be more effective for you.
