Instructions

    • 1

Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, designating 1/2 minute per quadrant of your mouth.

    • 2

      Rinse with water.

    • 3

      Floss as you normally should

    • 4

Now rinse your mouth with a mouth wash like Listerine as directed on bottle (usually it's 1/2 minute). If it stings don't worry because this means it's killing bacteria in your mouth. After a few more days of use, it won't sting as much or at all because most of the bacteria is gone.

    • 5

Gurgle with the mouth wash. Do not swallow.

    • 6

You may rinse with water if you like at this point.

    • 7

Rinse your moth with a flouride rinse (I use ACT by Johnson & Johnson's, it's red color) as directed on bottle.
