Several Simple Suggestions
-
1
Brush your teeth. You don't even need toothpaste. Just brush and try to loosen the piece of popcorn. Rinse by swishing a mouthful of clean water around to further loosen the intrusive piece of snack food.

2
Floss with a piece of dental floss. Hold the piece of floss against the side of one tooth on the way up and down the other tooth on the way down. It may help to get the floss between the teeth and pull it straight through the teeth rather than pulling it up. Get under the gums, as this is where the popcorn may have lodged itself.

Use a toothpick to gently pick the popcorn from between your teeth. This is best done in the mirror so you don't accidentally poke other areas of your gums.
