What To Do If Your Veneer Comes Off
-
1
Evaluate the tooth that lost the veneer to see if the veneer is broken. Check the tooth for any piece of the veneer that may still be attached.
-
2
Place the veneer inside a protective container to keep it intact or prevent it from breaking more. If the veneer is broken, save all the parts of it to show to your dentist.
-
3
Contact your dentist's office to notify them about your veneer, and see if there is any potential tooth problem that could develop from not wearing your veneer. Since your tooth's enamel is gone, you may need to see your dentist soon to prevent damage to your tooth and get the veneer repaired.
