Pimple like thing on the inside of your lips and im not sure what it is but you were curious if could get pimples down there?

Pimples can indeed appear on the inside of your lips. Here are a few possible causes:

- Fordyce spots: These are small, white or yellowish bumps that are common on the inner surface of the lips and along the cheeks. Fordyce spots are not acne, but rather oil-producing glands that become visible. They are usually harmless and do not require treatment.

- Canker sores: Canker sores are small, painful ulcers that can develop on the inside of your lips, cheeks, or gums. They are typically red or white in color and can make eating and drinking difficult. Canker sores usually clear up on their own within a few weeks.

- Herpes simplex: Herpes simplex is a viral infection that can cause blisters on the lips and mouth. Herpes simplex outbreaks are often triggered by stress, illness, or exposure to the sun. The blisters usually crust over and heal within a few weeks.

- Sialadenitis: Sialadenitis is an infection of the salivary glands, which are located on the sides of your face and under your chin. Sialadenitis can cause pain, swelling, and fever. In some cases, it can also lead to the formation of pimples on the inside of the lips.

- Trauma: If you have bitten or injured the inside of your lips, it can lead to the formation of a pimple-like bump. These bumps are usually harmless and will go away on their own.

If you are concerned about a pimple-like thing on the inside of your lips, it is always a good idea to see a doctor or dentist for diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
