Instructions

Soften the denture adhesive while your dentures are still in your mouth. Fill a small cup with warm water, and swish the water around in your mouth. The warm water helps loosen the grip the adhesive has formed between your gums and your dentures.

Spit out the warm water. Remove the lower dentures by gently pulling forward while wiggling them back and forth, like you would do with a loose tooth. Grasp the upper dentures and carefully pull up and out, as if moving the dentures toward your nose.
