How to Sterilize Disposable Impression Trays
Disposable impression trays are an expensive way to help teeth keep their place in the mouth or to protect teeth from grinding in your sleep or damage from contact sports. But while impression trays can help protect teeth, they need to be sterilized regularly to prevent the buildup of bacteria that can cause infections of the teeth and gums.Things You'll Need

Mix the liquid dish soap completely into the cup of water. Set the egg timer for 15 minutes and soak the impression tray in the mixture.

Rinse the impression tray thoroughly to avoid a bad taste on the next use. Dry thoroughly with the small towel.

Store the impression tray in the small box with holes and put the box in a cool, dry place. The air holes help finish the drying process.
