How to Use 3D White Crest Rinse

A mouthwash can be used in addition to your dental cleansing routine. Crest 3D White Multi-Care Whitening Rinse differs from other mouthwashes because it doesn't contain any alcohol. Rinses that include alcohol are known to cause an uncomfortable burning in the mouth. They can also dry out your mouth making it prone to tooth decay. The Crest 3D whitening rinse freshens your breath and helps remove surface stains from your teeth.

  Clean your teeth. Floss and follow up with two minutes of brushing your teeth. Use toothpaste containing fluoride. Brush the inner, outer and upper surfaces of your teeth. Sweep your toothbrush over your tongue in a back-and-forth motion.

  Measure out 2 tbsp. or 10 ml. of Crest 3D whitening rinse in a cup or in the bottle cap. Pour the liquid in your mouth.

  Swish the mouthwash vigorously around in your mouth for one minute. Push it through your teeth and allow it to cover and rinse all areas. Spit out the liquid. Repeat the steps twice a day; once in the morning and once before bedtime.
