How to Dilute Hydrogen Peroxide for Mouth Wash

Hydrogen peroxide is a naturally occurring element that is almost exactly the same in molecular composition as water. The only difference is that hydrogen peroxide contains two oxygen molecules, not one. Hydrogen peroxide is abundant in nature, often falling with the rain as water molecules bind to free-floating oxygen molecules in the atmosphere. It is also used as an antiseptic for killing germs around the house. A simple hydrogen peroxide mouthwash can be made by diluting hydrogen peroxide in a one-to-one ratio with water.
