How to Remove the Tips on a WP30 Water Pik

The Waterpik WP30 is an older version of the water flosser and is no longer available in stores. The WP30 may still be in use and you can find replacement tips from online retailers. The Waterpik company has since released newer models with a similar design to the older models, especially in the way the irrigation tips attach to the wand. In addition to the standard tip, you can also purchase a tongue cleaner, toothbrush tip and other oral care tips.

  Turn the Waterpik off and unplug the unit. Removing the tip with the unit on may cause water to spray everywhere.

  Hold the irrigation wand upright between your thumb and forefinger. Avoid touching the irrigation button. Depress the release button near the top of the wand.

  Grab the tip with your other hand. Pull the tip straight up out of the wand.
