Natural Tartar Fighting Toothpaste

Mix 1/4 cup white cosmetic clay, 1/8 cup baking soda, 1/8 cup finely ground sea salt, 1/2 cup vegetable glycerin, 20 drops from a tincture of myrrh, eight drops of tea-tree essential oil and eight drops of thyme essential oil in a bowl.

Whisk the mixture until it's smooth and free of discolored areas. When mixed thoroughly, the mixture should maintain an even color and consistency.

Brush your teeth two to three times daily with your homemade toothpaste.

Store the mixture in a covered jar or container at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Use the paste within six months.
Natural Mouthwash

Mix 2 ounces of water with 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, one drop of pure peppermint oil and one drop of tea tree oil.

Stir the mixture until all solids are dissolved.
