Crest Night Effects Whitening Gel Directions

Crest's "Night Effects" system is designed to whiten your teeth with relatively little fuss. The system skips the mouth guards and disposable plastic used by other whitening systems in favor of a brush-on gel. If you want to give Crest Night Effects a shot, you will need to carefully follow the usage directions in order to ensure the product works correctly.

  Brush and floss your teeth as you normally do before bed. Make sure to rinse thoroughly to remove any debris from your mouth.

  Open one of the pre-packaged kits included in the Crest Night Effects box. Use the included supplies to dry your front teeth.

  Cover your top and bottom teeth with a very thin layer of the whitening gel using the included brush. Focus on your front "smile" teeth.

  Leave your mouth open for at least 60 seconds to allow the gel to dry. Leave the gel on your teeth while you sleep, then brush as usual in the morning.
