Place a towel in front of you, or fill the sink with water prior to removing your dentures. This will help you avoid damage if the dentures fall.

Open your mouth. Pull the dentures out slowly.

Brush the dentures slowly and carefully using a denture brush, denture gel and water.

Reach each area between the teeth to clean the daily buildup. Rinse your dentures.

Prepare a cleansing solution, or tap water, to place the dentures in overnight. Keeping the dentures moist helps them to keep their shape. Put the dentures in the solution.

Pick up your soft bristle brush and apply regular toothbrush. Brush your tongue, gums, and palate.
