1
Place a towel in front of you, or fill the sink with water prior to removing your dentures. This will help you avoid damage if the dentures fall.
-
2
Open your mouth. Pull the dentures out slowly.
-
3
Brush the dentures slowly and carefully using a denture brush, denture gel and water.
-
4
Reach each area between the teeth to clean the daily buildup. Rinse your dentures.
-
5
Prepare a cleansing solution, or tap water, to place the dentures in overnight. Keeping the dentures moist helps them to keep their shape. Put the dentures in the solution.
-
6
Pick up your soft bristle brush and apply regular toothbrush. Brush your tongue, gums, and palate.
-
7
Use mouthwash for extra freshness, if needed.
