- 1 cup water
- Toothbrush
- Mint toothpaste
- Mouthwash
- Breath mint

Stir 2 tbsp. of baking soda into 1 cup of lukewarm water.

Rinse your mouth thoroughly with the baking-soda-and-water solution. Swish and gargle the mixture without swallowing for at least 60 seconds. The baking soda absorbs odors and helps remove nicotine residue from your teeth.

Spit out the mixture and rinse your mouth out with clean water.

Brush your teeth as usual with strong-flavored mint toothpaste.

Use mouthwash as directed on the bottle to rinse away any remaining aftertaste.
