How to Customize Mouthguards

Protecting your teeth while playing sports can mean the difference between having a serious injury or not. Purchasing a mouth guard and custom fitting it to your mouth protects your teeth and jaw and helps prevent head injuries, such as concussions. If you are getting ready to take the field or court in a sporting event, take the time to purchase and customize a mouth guard for your own protection.
