How to Make Xylitol Rinse
Things You'll Need
- Purified water
- Xylitol
- Calcium lactate powder
- Sea salt
- Ceramic mug or cup
- Stainless steel spoon
- Stainless steel or glass tea kettle or pan

Empty two packets of Xylitol (equal to 1 tsp.) into a ceramic mug or bowl.

Add 1/2 tsp. of calcium lactate powder and 1/4 tsp. of sea salt and mix well with a stainless steel teaspoon.

Add one cup of purified water to a stainless steel or glass tea kettle or pan and heat it just until bubbles form.

Pour the hot water into the mug and stir well until the powders are completely dissolved. Let the liquid sit until it's cool enough to drink.

Rinse your mouth and gargle with this Xylitol rinse. Swish it around your mouth for about 20 seconds. Using this rinse two-three times a day can strengthen your teeth and gums.
