1
Swish water in your mouth.
-
2
Grip your dentures and use a gentle back-and-forth motion to remove them. Be careful not to drop them--they are breakable. It may help to place a towel on the bathroom counter while you remove them, just in case you do drop them.
-
3
Use a soft toothbrush and warm water to remove the Poligrip denture adhesive from your dentures. Never use hot water. This could cause your dentures to lose their shape.
-
4
Do not completely dry your dentures. Place them in denture cleanser after you clean the Poligrip off them.
-
5
Dampen a soft cloth. Use the cloth to gently wipe the Poligrip adhesive from your gums.
