Go to the Waterpik website.

Click on "Customer Service" in the upper right-hand corner of the web page.

Scroll down the Customer Service page until you locate "Contact Us." Click on this link.

Select a reason from the drop-down menu next to "Contact Reason." If your product is still under warranty, select "Warranty Question." If your product is no longer under warranty, select "Product Question."

Select "Oral Health" from the drop-down menu next to "Product Type."

Click "Continue."

Detail your problem with the WP-60W in the question box.

Select an option from the "Product Issue" drop-down menu.

Locate the model number under the base of the WP-60W and enter it on the form.

Enter the serial number, also located on the bottom of the WP-60W, or the purchase date. For warranty purposes, either number will suffice.

Enter your personal information, including name, address, phone number and email, all of which is required.

Click "Submit the Form." A customer service representative will contact you by email or phone with further instructions.
