Mix one teaspoon each of kava root powder and myrrh gum powder with one-half teaspoon of tincture of white oak bark and five drops of essential oil into a paste. Use paste the same way one would use toothpaste.
-
2
Combine one cup of baking soda with two tablespoons sea salt and five drops essential oil such as anise, cinnamon, peppermint, rosemary, spearmint or tea tree. Use as a toothpaste to bacteria from causing gingivitis, but refrain from using daily, because baking soda and salt are abrasive to tooth enamel.
-

Take one-fourth cup white cosmetic clay and baking soda and put in bowl. Add one-half cup vegetable glycerin, eight drops each of thyme and tea tree essential oils, twenty drops of tincture of myrrh, and one-eighth cup of finely ground sea salt. Mix well and store in cool dark place. Use an antibacterial toothpaste.
