1
Roses are popular wedding bouquet flowers. Gather all nine flowers in your hand, forming a fist around the center of the stems. Choose three large blossomed flowers and six smaller varieties. Use flowers with 6-inch long stems for a compact handheld bouquet.
-
2
Pull the flowers out of the arrangement and reinsert them to create your own custom design of flowers. You can arrange the largest flowers into the center of the bouquet, surrounded by smaller blooms. You can also insert the larger flowers sporadically through the bouquet of small blooms to create your own asymmetrical effect.

3
Wrap the rubber band around the center of the stems of the bouquet.
-
4
Squeeze a line of hot glue along a 12-inch length of ribbon.
-
5
Wind the glued side of the ribbon from the bottom of the stems all the way up to the underside of the blooms in a spiral pattern. Go back down in a spiral pattern with the excess ribbon, tucking the end of ribbon beneath the stems. Let the bouquet dry for about 10 minutes.
