Dentek Instructions
The sound of grinding teeth can cause you to stay awake all night. Night guards are an effective way to prevent the awful sounds of bruxism. By placing a layer of plastic between the top and bottom teeth, the constant screeching noise can be stopped. While some night guards are found to be intrusive, Dentek.com claims that the Comfort-Fit Dental Guards are less bulky and easier to wear throughout the night.Things You'll Need

Rinse the mouth guard under warm water. Place the night guard halfway onto your lower last molar. Make sure that the molar pad does not extend past the end of the tooth. Bite down.

2
Verify that the appliance is fitting correctly. Locate the five notches on the plastic retention bar to adjust the fit. Slide both the right and the left molar pads back to the first notch. Insert the dental guard into your mouth. Determine if the molar pads are covering half of your last molars. Make sure that the molar pads do not extend past the end of your teeth. Continue adjusting the appliance until the correct notched position has been reached.

Wear the dental guard every night to avoid bruxism. Brush your dental guard after each use by using a toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash. Rinse the device thoroughly with water.
