It is very unlikely to get wisdom teeth in your 40s. Wisdom teeth typically emerge between the ages of 17 and 25. It is possible for wisdom teeth to emerge later in life, but it is uncommon. Most people who have not had their wisdom teeth removed by the age of 25 will not get them at all.
