1
Brush your teeth with a soft-bristled toothbrush and a bit of toothpaste. Use gentle circles and make sure that you keep continuously brushing for three minutes so that paste can penetrate and weaken any propolis.
-
2
Swish for 30 seconds with a 1/2 cup of white vinegar and a tablespoon of warm water. While this might not taste great, white vinegar can help break down tough substances and loosen propolis, while the warm water will dilute the flavor and also loosen propolis.
-
3
Use dental floss. Gently shimmy the floss between any teeth where propolis is stuck. Shimmy it up and down between teeth and pull it around the front or back of the tooth and slide it down to remove propolis.
