How to Use SuperSmile

  Put the Whitening Toothpaste and Whitening Accelerator on a dry toothbrush. According to SuperSmile, a dry toothbrush ensures the consistency and effectiveness of the formula. Place the brush head so that the center row of bristles is between the gums and teeth. Move the toothbrush for two minutes in a small circular fashion across your teeth. SuperSmile recommends brushing for at least two minutes in the morning and two minutes at night.

  Wrap the SuperSmile Whitening Floss around each tooth in a "c" shape. Slide the floss down slowly toward the gum line until you feel resistance. Wiggle the floss and repeat on each tooth. SuperSmile's Whitening Floss has the ingredient Calprox, which removes plaque, bacteria, and stains between teeth. SuperSmile recommends flossing once per day.

  Clean your tongue. Bend SuperSmile's Tongue Cleaner into a "U" shape with the ripple side on the bottom. Move the tongue cleaner from the back of the tongue to the front slowly several times. Rise the tongue cleaner with water. SuperSmile recommends replacing the tongue cleaner every three months.

  Rinse your mouth with SuperSmile's Oral Rinse. Take a small cupful of the oral rinse into your mouth and move the rinse around for 30 seconds. Spit out the oral rinse. Use the rinse daily after you've brushed your teeth.
