How to Clean Teeth With Vinegar
Vinegar is a useful cleaning agent that cannot only be used on various surfaces throughout our home, but it is also a great substance to use for keeping our teeth clean. - Distilled water
- Apple cider vinegar
- Baking soda
- 5 drops tea tree essential oil
- 10 drops peppermint essential oil
- 2 drops cardamom essential oil

Vinegar Mouthwash

Fill a small bottle with distilled water. If you cannot find a bottle, consider using an empty mouthwash bottle that you have previously used.

Add 1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar to the bottle with distilled water.

Add five drops of tea tree essential oil, 10 drops of peppermint essential oil and two drops of cardamom essential oil.

Shake the bottle and use it it as a mouth wash daily. This will clean your mouth and rid it of bad smells. The vinegar will whiten your teeth and help fight any bacteria.
Vinegar and Baking Soda Toothpaste

Mix 3 to 4 tbsp. of baking soda and glycerin until it forms into a uniform paste resembling toothpaste.

Add five drops of tea tree essential oil, 10 drops of peppermint essential oil and two drops of cardamom essential oil. You may substitute any essential oil of your choice.

Insert the paste into a clean container with a lid or fill it in an old toothpaste container.

Drop a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and drizzle a bit of apple cider vinegar on top. Brush your teeth thoroughly with this solution.
