How to Gargle With Baking Soda

Gargling with mouthwash can leave you with clean, minty-fresh breath. However, store-bought mouthwash can also contain dyes, alcohol and even sweeteners. A baking soda rinse is an inexpensive, natural way to freshen breath, without the use of any harsh chemicals. Try creating your own baking soda gargle at home by using a few easy-to-find ingredients and essential oils. Homemade gargles help the environment as well, since you can reuse your containers.
