Instructions

1
Use reminders around your house or apartment. Place sticky notes on your bathroom mirror or by your bedside, reminding you to brush your teeth.
-
2
Set your cell phone alarm to go off daily at a specific time to alert you to brush your teeth. Set your alarm for morning and night to help you establish a routine.
-
3
Brush your teeth at the same time every night and morning to help you establish a routine. Brush as soon as you wake up or right after breakfast, then again right after dinner or when getting ready to go to bed.
-
4
Keep a toothbrush and toothpaste with you in your backpack, purse, or in your desk drawer at work. These will serve as reminders to stick to your routine.
