Opalescence Tooth Whitening Gel is a whitening treatment that can be used overnight for quick, easy results. Before you whiten your teeth, it's a good idea to go the dentist first to make sure that you don't have any dental issues that needs to be addressed or treated beforehand. What makes this gel special is the enhanced adhesive quality in the formula that causes it to bind the teeth more for a nice, even result.

• Toothbrush
• Toothpaste

  Brush your teeth thoroughly with a toothbush and toothpaste. Rinse well.

  Use the included syringe filled with gel to apply pea sized dots to each pocketed area in the mouth tray of the Opalescence Tooth Whitening Gel kit.

  Place the mouth tray over your teeth and press down to evenly distribute the whitening gel. Leave the tray in overnight.

  Remove the tray and brush your teeth again. Use your toothbrush to help scrub out the mouth tray and rinse thoroughly.

  Repeat the whitening regimen for three nights in a row. If more whitening is needed, you can use it for up to eight nights in a row.
