1
Make a paste from baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. MotherNature.com recommends you use the peroxide sparingly because it can cause a burning sensation. Put the paste on a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush your teeth with the paste to remove tobacco stains. Do this 1 to 2 times daily. Rise your mouth with water to remove the paste. Do not swallow the paste or water.

2
Brush your teeth with a whitening toothpaste after every meal. Use an antibacterial mouthwash. Keeping your teeth free of plaque helps prevent staining from tobacco and other elements.
-
3
Rinse your mouth after you smoke. If you can't use mouthwash, swish water around in your mouth. Do this when you eat if you can't brush your teeth immediately.
-
4
Floss daily to keep plaque from building up between your teeth.
