      Apply the whitening toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brush vigorously but gently along the gum line.

    Teeth Whitening Tray Kit

      Purchase a tooth whitening kit with trays, from a local supermarket or drug store. Tray kits contain whitening gel and a plastic tray that you wear over your teeth.

      Dispense the whitening gel into the upper and lower trays.

      Apply the trays to your upper and bottom teeth. Wear the trays overnight or as instructed. Times can vary widely from product to product.

      Remove the trays and brush your teeth to remove the remaining gel.

    Teeth Whitening Strips

      Purchase tooth whitening strips from your local supermarket or drug store. Whitening strips have whitening gel applied to thin, clear strips of plastic.

      Apply the strips to your upper and lower teeth. Leave the strips on your teeth accoding to package directions.
