How to Turn Teeth White
A bright, white smile is not only attractive, it also gives you confidence. Teeth can become yellowed and discolored due to repeated exposure to coffee, tea, wine and even fluoride. Age also plays a factor when teeth begin to show discoloration. While you can see your dentist for professional teeth whitening procedures there are also techniques you can try at home first.Things You'll Need

1
Lemon juice is a natural bleaching agent. Pour 1 tsp. lemon juice into a bowl. Add enough table salt to make a thick paste.
-
2
Wipe the lemon and salt paste onto yellowed teeth using your fingers. Allow the paste to sit on your teeth for up to 10 minutes. Swallow as little as possible during that time to keep as much of the paste on your teeth as possible.
-
3
Spit the lemon paste into the sink and brush your teeth with plain water to remove the rest of the lemon-and-salt whitening paste.
-
4
Place 1 tsp. baking soda in a bowl, then drizzle hydrogen peroxide on the baking soda. Mix the two ingredients together to form another paste.
-
5
Brush your teeth each morning and night with the hydrogen peroxide and baking soda mixture in place of commercial toothpaste. The baking soda cleans and freshens breath while the peroxide acts as a whitening agent.

6
Strawberries are natural teeth whiteners. Rub a fresh strawberry across your teeth each day. Move the strawberry back and forth to naturally whiten teeth.
