Luster Teeth Whitening Directions

The unique Luster teeth whitening system uses a moldable tray to hold whitening gel to remove stains from your teeth. Properly molding the moldable tray ensures that the whitening gel contacts the surface of your teeth, providing the maximum effects from the whitening system. Following the directions ensures that you will not damage your teeth while using the Luster teeth whitening system.

Instructions

      Rinse the moldable trays with warm water. Fill a cooking pot with five inches of hot water. Set the pot on a stove to bring the water to a boil.

      Place the upper moldable tray in your mouth. Push the tray against your teeth. Press your tongue against the tray. Pull down with your tongue as you suck inward. Continue practicing pulling with your tongue until you feel the tray pull against your teeth. Repeat the process with the bottom moldable tray.

      Turn off the stove. Allow the water to stop boiling. Hold the top moldable tray by the forward tab. Lower the tray into the hot water. Count to five, remove the tray from the water and place the tray against your upper teeth. Pull down with your tongue to mold the tray to your teeth. Trim the tab from the tray with scissors when it fits snuggly against your teeth. Repeat the procedure with the bottom moldable tray.

      Set a small bead of whitening gel into each tooth depression of the two trays. Press the trays against your teeth. Allow the trays to remain in place for 15 minutes.

      Remove the trays from your mount. Immediately brush your teeth with toothpaste and a toothbrush.

      Rinse the trays with clean water.
