How to Get Whiter Teeth Using Home Poducts
Most people want whiter, younger-looking teeth. Beauty Tips Online notes that "even with proper care, your teeth can be stained by coffee, soda, tea, medicines and smoking." Regardless of how teeth became stained, chemical whitening can be both costly and time consuming. Most households have key ingredients on hand for making natural tooth whiteners that work just as well as chemical bleaching kits without the high cost or multiple dentist visits.Things You'll Need

1
Use baking soda. Mix a small amount (approximately 1 tsp.) with a pinch of salt and water, and brush your teeth gently with the resulting paste. Or make a paste of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Rinse thoroughly after brushing. Baking soda helps whiten teeth and can reduce plaque buildup on teeth and around your gums. It can also be abrasive, so use this method of teeth whitening no more than once every two weeks.

Mash up strawberries and rub them on your teeth. You can mix the strawberries with baking soda or rub them on by themselves. Leave on for a minute or two, then rinse. Because strawberries contain acid, do not leave them on too long. Overexposure can damage tooth enamel.

Clean your teeth with extra-virgin olive oil, a natural tooth whitener. Pour some on a washcloth and rub your teeth with it. Rinse when finished. Olive oil does not harm your teeth and causes no side effects if accidentally swallowed.
