  Mix 1 part 3% hydrogen peroxide with 1 part water in a glass bowl or cup. Rinse your mouth with the mixture for thirty seconds and then spit it out. Hydrogen peroxide is the number one ingredient in almost all teeth whitening procedures. It works well and it is safe to use in your mouth.

  You can repeat this hydrogen peroxide and water rinse up to four times per day. The more you do it, the faster your teeth will whiten.
