Baking Soda
Remove and clean your dentures thoroughly with a mixtures of baking soda and water on a tooth brush. Rinse them when you are done.
Baking soda will safely and gently clean your dentures. Denture cleaning is best done after they have been removed although you can clean them with water and baking soda while they are inserted into your mouth.

Hydrogen Peroxide 3%
Mix 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide 3% for household use with 1/2 cup water in a glass bowl. Soak your dentures in the mixture for at least and hour or throughout the night if you are able.
Knowing how to clean, whiten and brighten dentures in the convenience of your own home will save you money and time.
If you are unable to remove all the stains from your dentures, try step 3 below.

Water and Bleach
Mix 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup bleach in a glass bowl and allow your dentures to soak for at least 1/2 hour to remove tough stains.
Try to avoid things that stain your dentures such as smoking, drinking wine, coffee or tea, eating dark berries, mustard or staining foods.
