Do a weekly strawberry and baking soda treatment. The malic acid in strawberries are reported to lift stains from teeth, and baking soda is well known for being a powerhouse at cleaning tooth enamel. To combine them for natural teeth whitening, mash a ripe strawberry until runny, then mix in about a half teaspoon of baking soda. Apply to teeth with a Q-tip or very soft toothbrush, let it remain on teeth for five minutes, then brush teeth as usual. Though fresh strawberries are only available in summer, bags of frozen ones are available year-round.

Chew xylitol gum. Xylitol is a sweetener derived from natural sources now reported to stop tooth decay. It's not a natural teeth whitening agent per se. But we're looking for natural teeth whitening, right? Saliva actually contains components that keep teeth from being discolored as well as from getting cavities, and chewing gum keeps the saliva going. You can't get any more natural teeth whitening than that from your own body. Using xylitol is just a way to make sure you're not doing your teeth harm in the process of getting whiter teeth.

Make and use a hydrogen peroxide natural teeth whitening mouthwash. Hydrogen peroxide is a natural substance found in nature (including honey) and in the human body. It's also used in commercial teeth whitening products. But dentists say if not diluted properly, it can cause tissue change. So mix 3% hydrogen peroxide half and half with water, and swish in a clean mouth for about half a minute. Rinse then brush teeth as usual. You can pre-mix your mouthwash for convenience, and a drop of clove essential oil will help freshen breath and improve the taste.
