How to Use Nite White ACP 22

Nite White ACP 22 is a teeth-whitening system. The active ingredient in the gels is carbamide peroxide, which works by breaking down the discoloration on the surface of the teeth. In some users, the carbamide peroxide can cause heightened tooth sensitivity, which can be uncomfortable. Treatment times vary per person, but generally Nite White is used once a day for seven to 10 days for best results.

Instructions

  1. Three Weeks Before You Start Using Nite White

    • 1

Brush your teeth in the morning with a desensitizing toothpaste. Using Nite White ACP 22 will increase tooth sensitivity, but using a desensitizing toothpaste three weeks before will prevent your teeth from becoming overly sensitive.

    • 2

Brush your teeth in the evening with the same desensitizing toothpaste.

    • 3

Make sure that any cuts, nicks or open sores you have on your gums are fully healed before you begin using Nite White.

    Instructions for Using Nite White

    • 4

Brush and floss your teeth thoroughly.

    • 5

Apply a thin layer of the gel into both Nite White trays. Or place a drop of Nite White into each tooth indentation on the tray. It should come out to about 10 to 12 drops.

    • 6

Insert the trays onto your teeth. Press them in firmly, but try to keep the gel from coming out too much.

    • 7

Wipe off the excess gel from your gums with your finger. Leave the Nite White trays on your teeth for about two to three hours each day. After two hours, the gel loses about 80 percent of its effectiveness.

    • 8

Remove the Nite White trays after the allotted time. Rinse out your mouth with cool water and brush off all remaining gel. Rinse out the trays with warm water.
