Pour hydrogen peroxide into a cup. Dip a toothbrush into the solution and brush the one stained tooth. Brush in a circular motion for about 30 second once or twice a day. Hydrogen peroxide is effective for removing stains and is often found in tooth whitening kits. This stains removal method takes time, depending on the severity of the stain.

Paint on a teeth whitening gel. These gels come in a small bottle with a small brush. You paint the whitening gel on each individual tooth and keep it on for the prescribed amount of time. For many paint-on whitening gels, the time is 30 minutes to one hour. You perform this whitening method daily for one to two weeks.

See a cosmetic dentist. Dentists have various methods for whitening teeth, some of which are applied to one tooth at a time. While getting your teeth whitened at the dentist office is expensive, you get the most dramatic results, sometimes in about one hour. If the bonded tooth does not respond to other methods of stain removal, a cosmetic dentist will certainly have a solution.
