DIY Tobacco Stain Bleaching
Nicotine and tar found in cigarette tobacco are equal opportunity stain-causing substances. Surfaces exposed to tobacco smoke, including your teeth, slowly turn yellow or brown as the tar and nicotine build up. These unsightly stains are an ongoing problem for smokers who aren't willing to live with tobacco-stained teeth. Although commercial whiteners or whitening procedures at the dentist's office can remedy tobacco-stained teeth, you can remove stains and prevent them from returning with DIY tobacco stain removal methods.Things You'll Need

Clean your teeth at night by brushing them with undiluted cider vinegar to whiten teeth and freshen breath. Swish a little cider vinegar around in your mouth, spit it out and rinse with water.
