  Remove the upper and lower trays from the packaging. Read the labels to differentiate the two trays from each other.

  Push the upper tray onto your top teeth, centering the front of the tray over your front top teeth. Turn the lower tray upside down and press it into your lower teeth.

  Suck slightly to secure the trays to your teeth. Pull off the green outer trays, leaving the clear inner trays.

  Leave the trays on your teeth for 30 to 60 minutes. Pull the top and bottom trays off your teeth.

  Brush your teeth with regular toothpaste. Repeat daily until you have used all the trays in the package.
