How to Use 3-D White Crest

Crest's 3D White strips are a fast, daily teeth whitening system that you can perform in just 30 minutes each day. This whitening system is extremely convenient because you can use 3D White while sending an email, watching television or taking a shower. With water and a toothbrush, you can prepare your teeth for the whitening process in less than a minute.

  Brush your teeth with water to remove any plaque. Do not use toothpaste as it can interact with the chemicals in 3D white.

  Rinse your mouth out with water and wait 10 to 15 minutes before continuing. Teeth contain extremely sensitive pores which need to open before applying the strips.

  Open the blue 3D White Crest pouch labeled "Upper" and remove the strip for the upper jaw. Peel the clear plastic covering from the back of the film and press the gel side against your upper teeth.

  Rub over the film to secure it to your top teeth. Fold the back of the strip over the back side of your teeth to secure the strip in place.

  Open the blue 3D White Crest pouch labeled "Bottom" and remove the strip for the upper jaw. Peel the clear plastic covering from the back of the film and press the gel side against your bottom teeth.

  Rub over the film to secure it to your bottom teeth. Fold the back of the strip over the back side of your teeth to secure the strip in place.

  Remove strips after 30 minutes. Avoid touching the strips excessively during the bleaching period as this can lead to excess saliva which can weaken the effects. Brush your teeth or rinse your mouth with mouth wash when finished.
