Call or visit your doctor before you take Zantrex 3. Ask your doctor if the weight-loss supplement is safe for you and your lifestyle.

Swallow two capsules with at least 8 oz. of water 15 minutes before each of your main three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Do not take more than six capsules within a 24-hour period.

Eat meals as you normally would while taking Zantrex 3; do not skip meals or increase calorie intake. Reduce your calorie intake to improve the weight loss effect of Zantrex 3.

Exercise while taking Zantrex 3 to improve weight loss results. Perform a minimum of 40 minutes of cardio exercise such as walking, swimming or running and 20 minutes of weight training exercises each day. This helps you build muscle, lose weight and improve endurance. Use a calorie calculator to help you determine the amount of calories you burn with each exercise and modify your exercise routine based on your weight loss goals. Reduce or discontinue your dosage of Zantrex 3 if you experience the effects of caffeine overdose. Each serving of Zantrex 3 contains 320 mg of caffeine. Caffeine overdose can adversely affect your heart and, according to Zoller Laboratories, cause nervousness, irritability and sleeplessness.
