Directions for Taking Relacore
Many people struggle with their weight. One issue that can even affect people who are otherwise thin is belly fat. While there are many methods to try to lose belly fat, including exercise and dieting, some people rely on dietary supplements such as Relacore to help them take the pounds off.-
Causes of Belly Fat
-
Stress can cause belly fat. According to the U.S. National Institutes of Health, stress raises the levels of the steroid hormone cortisol in the blood. The adrenal gland produces cortisol in response to the release of ACTH, which the pituitary gland releases in response to stress. Both physical and emotional stress can trigger these hormone releases. High levels of cortisol prompt the body to store fat in the midsection.
Relacore
-
Relacore is a dietary supplement that contains various herbs and plant products, including passion flower, magnolia and panax ginseng. Relacore also contains vitamins C, B1, B2, B6 and B12, as well as calcium and magnesium. Relacore works as a mood enhancer to reduce stress and therefore the body's production of cortisol and retention of belly fat.
