Instructions for Alli Diet Supplements
Alli, an over-the-counter weight loss pill, is a lower dose version of the drug Orlistat, which has been used to treat obesity for years. Essentially, Alli inhibits the enzyme lipase which helps break down fat, and thus decreases fat absorption. As with any other drug, knowing appropriate usage information will help you not only obtain the desired effect but also avoid side effects. Although many people hope for a magic pill that effortlessly melts off pounds, Alli is no wonder drug, and it should not be approached as such. However, it can aid with weight loss efforts when used appropriately.Instructions

1
Read the age and weight requirements for this medication. If you are not over 18 or are at a healthy weight, do not take Alli.
-
2
Plan a low-fat, low-calorie diet to complement your usage of Alli. Eating donuts, bagels, and pounds of pasta while taking Alli will result in two things: wasted money on Alli and weight gain.
-
3
Take one 60 mg Alli capsule three times a day with a meal that has up to 15 grams of fat. If your meal contains more than 15 grams of fat, you may experience gastrointestinal problems such as diarrhea. Be sure to include some fat in your diet, though; Alli is not intended to be consumed with a non-fat diet.

4
Engage in moderate to vigorous exercise most days of the week unless you have a disabling medical condition. This will increase your weight loss efforts and also elevate your mood. Alli is intended to be used with a planned diet and exercise regimen aimed at weight loss.
-
5
Take Alli for six months to assist with weight loss and then stop taking the medication. Continue your diet and exercise plan to complete your weight loss journey or maintain your new size.
