Astra diet tea comes in many different flavors, such as ginger, peppermint, loquat, perilla leaf, lophatherum leaf. The tea is claimed to have a variety of different health benefits, such as weight loss, reduced bloating, increased energy, regulation of stomach functions, restoration of appetite to normal, nutrient absorption, stomach calming, taking care of phlegm problems and proper digestion. Astra diet tea is often used as a dessert replacement because of its pleasing taste. Astra diet tea is not a laxative tea or a diuretic tea, and it does not contain any caffeine. The tea is often used for people who have Crohn's disease, colitis, edema, eating disorders and altitude sickness. The way to use Astra Diet tea is to take 2 to 4 tablets three times a day about a half an hour before meals. Along with the tea you should also consume 2 glasses of water. The active ingredients in the Astra deit tea are citrus, pinellia, magnolia bark, laminaria, ginger, attractylodes, white peony, tang-kuei, stephania, cyperus, gardenia, alisma, astagalus, platycodon, sargassum, crataegus and scute. You can also use the tea after eating fatty, greasy food as it helps digestion and will help relieve stomach aches and pains associated with poor eating habits.

You should not replace or discontinue any medication that you are currently taking without checking with your doctor beforehand.
