How to Safely Do a Protein Diet
A protein diet is a diet where one consumes a high amount of protein in terms of the protein-fats-carbohydrates energy ratio. It's impossible to eat a pure protein diet, as any food that has protein in it also contains at least a small amount of fat and carbohydrates, and these are necessary for your body to actually digest your protein. You may be interested in a protein diet if you're a bodybuilder, athlete, or looking for a new way to lose weight. There is safety to keep in mind, as a protein diet doesn't mean you can forget about other nutrients your body needs.Instructions

Eat meats that are lean rather than fatty. This includes lean red meat, chicken and fish.
-
3
Eat a small amount of vegetables and fruit along with each meal. These should be your only carbohydrate foods.
