Drink a lot of water throughout the course of the entire day. A high daily water intake is necessary to replace all the fluid lost during workouts and wrestling practice. That is why it is important to attempt to drink at least 80 to 96 oz. of fluids per day. Do not drink sodas or energy drinks. They contain unhealthy chemicals and empty calories that will minimize your weight loss.

Take vitamins supplements to get essential vitamins and minerals that you might not be able to while dieting. Take a greens plus/V8 to replace vitamins from vegetables if you are unable to eat vegetables during the day. Or, you can consider taking Vitamin C or Iron pills. Most once a day vitamins will have everything you need to ensure your body is getting all the vitamins it needs to be a pro wrestler.
