- 3 cups of strawberries
- Juicer
- Bowl
- Cheesecloth
- Lemon juice

Wash and rinse the strawberries in cool, running water. Remove the leaves and stems.

Pour the strawberries into a juicer. Add 1/8 cup of water to the juicer. Place the lid on the juicer and turn it to the slowest speed setting. Continue running the juicer until there are no berry pieces left.

Lay a piece of cheesecloth over a bowl. Pour the strawberry juice in the cheesecloth to strain. Add a couple drops of lemon juice to keep the strawberry juice from turning a brownish color.
